desperately seeking summer

i'll be teaching this summer. no summer vacation. overload pay....so i guess it's okay.

I've been wanting to read Eartha's book suggestions (the perks of being a wallflower and the secret) plus, I haven't finished Ulysses yet....so, oh well. That's life. Here I am--procrastinating when I should be finishing my unit report for our department meeting on Friday. Tsk tsk tsk. It's like being a student all over again. Hehehe. At least I'm spending time with my beautiful, bouncing, chubby little boy who's talking to the monitor as if he can actually read at 2 years old.

Obviously, the heat has affected my sentence construction and coherence so my apologies....and I wonder what the heck entered my mind that I'm suddenly drinking hot instant coffee!....at 4:20 p.m....when it's 90 degrees Fahrenheit (thank you freemeteo)! I'd love to soak anywhere..on the beach, a swimming pool...an inflated swimming pool.

It's so darn hot. I'm melting....tssssssss......
