the quest for writing bliss
Since I was in primary school, I have had a fetish-like interest in ballpens. Recently, I discovered that this particularly chain of electronics store uses a very nice fine-tip ballpen to issue its handwritten receipts and I immediately wanted one! Whenever I'd go to any of its stores, I would always ask the salesclerk to tell me where they get their stock of the ballpen and they'd always say the same thing---"it's part of our supplies."
The local bookstores don't have it.
Until I went to an MRT station and saw a small stall that sold back issues of magazines and used books! (Spotlight on the cashier counter with matching heavenly chorus) I saw it! I grabbed almost ALL of the freaking pens and began testing each one and experienced writing perfection. Tag price = PhP 12.00-->pretty reasonable. Nevertheless, I bought 5: 3 in black and 2 in red.
Yes, I spent 60 pesos on ballpens. Hey, one Pilot G-Tec costs more than all my precious 5 pens combined! So back off.
I just love it: Standard AE7 TECNO. I'm sure you'll love it too. The pen of CD-R King. Sold at BookSale.
