eye twitching

I know that I'm suffering from anxiety if my eyelids twitch incessantly and when I have cold sweat-inducing nightmares. And because I've been exerting so much effort to hide my anxiety, I'm now so tired....and sleepy. I need toothpicks to keep my eyes open and I still have to deliver two lectures today.
