Flip cheese steak sandwich


My husband and I decided to clear out the fridge yesterday and ate all the leftover food. There was leftover sauteed beef with ampalaya (bitter gourd). And because I simply re-sauteed it and my husband didn't want to eat it (he ate the leftover corned beef and hotdogs), I thought of making a sandwich out of the thing (I slathered mayonnaise and added a couple of slices of Eden cheese)....and VOILA! It tasted just like a Philly cheese steak sandwich!

And then I had the brilliant idea of opening a small pack of bread pan! My cheese steak sandwich + bread pan = gourmet junk cuisine. Of course, I fed my son something healthier...not my heart-attack inducing sandwich.
