Art is the stylized & perceptible expression of man's consciousness and sense of life. Primarily, Art must be the tangible or observable version of human concepts; independent; most of all, it is not a repetition of something concrete that already exists. Art is not stylized matter captured in a picture. I get it now. Thanks Ayn Rand. I really get it now. So music is definitely art.
