Nyebe and some winter hacks

It was one of those winter afternoons where I had to take a breather--literally breathe the atmosphere outdoors. Raise your hand if you need to put a bit of aquaphor on a cotton bud and thinly line your internal nostrils, because indoor heating leads to super dry air. 🖐️ That was suggested by a physician and it really helps. Also, I discovered vaseline in a twist stick format! Like a big glue stick that you can slather where you need an occlusive. I hope this post was educational for you.
